Please have a read through and know that by using this website and participating in any way with either DegenClownz or CyberThumbz NFT collections, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

What You Are Buying

DegenClownz and CyberThumbz are collections of NFTs (non-fungible-tokens) running on the Ethereum network. Both collections have been created by Moonlitwalrus and various team members on each collection.

By minting or purchasing either DegenClownz or CyberThumbz NFTs, you are purchasing a non-fungible-token on the Ethereum blockchain.

Website & Blockchain Information

This website is only an interface allowing participants to exchange digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website and any contract before approval. Furthermore, as the DegenClownz and CyberThumbz smart contracts run on the Ethereum network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

All communications, marketing and posts by DegenClownz, CyberThumbz, Moonlitwalrus or other team members, across this website, all social media channels or any other channel is not financial advice in any way. DegenClownz and CyberThumbz collections have been created purely for fun and are not meant as investment vehicles. You understand that they have no inherent monetary value.

There is no promise or guarantee that any token, NFT or collection will be worth anything more in the future than what you and the market deem it to be worth to be worth, which could potentially be less than what you paid.

No Guarantees Or Future Promises

Any future roadmap, planned milestones, or any other communication about planned activities are not promised or guaranteed. A lot of this will depend on many factors, including how much of each collection gets minted, the ever changing legal landscape in the NFT space and any other unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we must state that we do not guarantee or promise any future roadmap item, benefit or activity for either DegenClownz or CyberThumbz collections will be delivered in case of such circumstances.

We are a small team project that has created the DegenClownz and CyberThumbz NFT collections purely for fun and as an experiment into NFT creation. You agree that any future benefits to any mint or purchase of a token, NFT, collection piece, or participating with in any way with the DegenClownz and CyberThumbz collections are ancillary and are not to be taken into consideration with your initial mint or purchase.

Ownership

NFTs are owned by the user which owns the NFT. The names and intellectual property relating to DegenClownz, CyberThumbz, Moonlitwalrus and associated collections and assets remain owned by Moonlitwalrus and team.

Tax Information

You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your DegenClownz or CyberThumbz NFTs.

Changes & Amendments

These terms are subject to change or be amended at anytime without notice. Any changes or amendments will retrospectively supersede these terms.
